I love these stools. Came packed to protect. Easy to put together. Comfortable, swivel and they look and feel like a quality piece.

I’m well pleased with these barstools which I ordered to go with a counter height, 71” long, 16” deep table with a marble top that I’ve been waiting for about six weeks. I ordered three barstools and each took less than half an hour to put together. Using a drill for the screws made things a little easier. They swivel smoothly and the cushion is comfortably firm. I got the cloth fabric in the color fog and the nailheads go beautifully with that combination. The fabric has a nice tight weave and does not appear to snag easily. The nailheads were properly spaced and fastened securely. They really are lovely stools and I can’t wait for the table to arrive. The order came in multiple shipments. One box contained one stool and another box with two stools arrived a few days later. None of this was reflected in the tracking . It would’ve been nice to know this information because I thought something got lost along the way.

Best customer service ever. I had to send these chairs back because I mistakenly bought the wrong color. They were so nice and responsive and I love the chairs so easy to assemble. Very comfortable nice swivel that you need to allow extra spacing between chairs vs non swivels we had before. Still very happy with quality and comfort and look.

I don't feel like I am that picky. It has taken me forever to find the perfect counter-height bar stool & this chair is near perfect. My conditions. 1) Leather or leather/like 2) Must swivel 3) Affordable 4) Not look like they're from the 90's. 5) Back support 6) Padded. I was able to purchase a brand new one of these from an online yard sale for $50. She had purchased the memory swivel. It came pre-assembled. However, it turns very stiffly & is difficult to keep turned while you get in & out. I am 5' 1" & I need to sit a little closer to the counter so a swivel was a must for me. The fact that it is so stiff makes it more difficult for me to get in & out when my feet won't reach the ground. When I purchased two more, I opted for the 360 swivel. They are still a little stiff but do turn much more easily. The base does not come attached to the chair on these & was easily put together. I since have noticed that the memory swivel has a metal bar attached to the foot rest & the 360 does not. Since we don't wear our shoes in the house, I'm hoping the 360 chair foot rests don't get too scratched up. Since I am shorter the back rest is a little too far back to support me very well. The chair is fairly comfortable. Although I would not want to sit in it for hours. My husband is 6' & the chair fits him fine. However, he said he wouldn't want to sit there for more than an hour or two either. The only other changes I would make to the chairs would be the nail heads. I wish they were a darker bronze, black or you at least had other options. The chairs are sturdy & very nice quality & I won't have to worry when little ones with sticky fingers come to visit thanks to the leather-like fabric.

I spent weeks looking for bar counter stools for my kitchen renovation. I am so happy that I found these. They had mostly all good reviews , with a couple reviews that were a little negative, the biggest complaint being that the wood on the legs “ splinter” easily. They are made of birch, which DOES have a tendency to do that. I appreciate the heads up from those because it led my to buy a set of wood colored markers and some kind of wax crayon things, for <$10, so I feel prepared to repair any areas that splinter. Yes, we did use a drill when attaching the connecting rails to the legs, as some people suggested, but that was certainly no big deal. I ordered 3, and only 2 came the first day. I contacted Chita, who said they would contact me within 24 hrs., which I seriously doubted. Sure enough, a few hours later, a pleasant sounding lady called me and assured me the other chair would arrive today and it did! By the time he got to the 3rd chair, my husband put it together in about 15 minutes, drill and all. My only suggestion to Chita is that they should include a note that another box is on the way. They are beautiful and sturdy and I love them!

I looked for some time to find the right bar stools. Read a lot of reviews. Finally decided on these stools. Absolutely love them! Well built. Very sturdy.! Very comfy! Like the idea I can wipe them clean. Two young grandsons so I didn’t want any fabric. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to pick a rating for these counter stools because on the one hand, they are nice looking, comfortable, and seem generally sturdy. However, they were so fussy to put together. You *must* have a drill to put the wood screws in the cross bars. A screw driver wouldn’t cut it. Also, the wood of the chair legs is such poor quality—stringy splinters keep coming off! Heaven forbid you put your feet on the foot rest. So far I am coloring the light wood where splinters have peeled off with a dark marker, but for the price I expected better.

Beautiful high quality! I thought the one I assembled was easy and comfy, but my 6'5 spouse struggled. So sadly they were returned. Please don't let my disappointment affect you! These are nice!!
