Tried this due to my mouth breathing and noises making me wake several times during the night with thirst and then having trouble getting back to sleep not to mention keeping my partner awake also, tried this tape and the first couple of nights took some getting used to, the feeling of air hunger and scared of falling asleep and not being able to breathe, however just loosening the tape slightly did the trick, been using it a week now and can honestly say the last 2 nights have been the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, no waking in the night at all, solid 7 hours, no dry throat in the morning, feel so refreshed, I’m absolutely delighted and so is my partner who is also benefiting, mouth taping is so under promoted for me it’s a game changer, would highly recommend trying it

I bought these for my partner as they were reccomend to me by my aunt, and they just do not stick where my partner has a beard.

Once these are on, they're on! They are so sticky and do improve sleep so you dont get a dry mouth. They're a good size, good quality and not badly priced.

I have to fold my bottom lip over my top lip very slightly to seal my mouth with it, otherwise saliva seeps out and the glue can't hold. Once I figured that out I have found these tapes to be very effective. I think it's actually also training my mouth to stay closed during sleep without them.

The strips are helpful during sleep. I'm not a snorer though I could start breezing by mouth. This lowered my oxygenation and made me wake up. Strips make me nose-breath. My mouth doesn't get dry and I sleep overall better. I can't feel a strip much above my lips so it's possible to fall asleep and sleep with it.

Stayed on for a least 5 mins so comfort level is excellent, As soon as I put it on I could feel it starting to unstick,I have got short stubble so that's probably why
