I've been using for several years an wouldn't use anything else. The scent is very pleasant--you won't come out smelling like a high school chem experiment. Color and coverage very good. Full disclosure: I'm a natural blond (or at least used to be!) so this is not a major color change and my hair accepts color pretty easily. Your situation could be different. The included conditioner leaves my hair feeling siIky, not like straw the way some other hair colors do. (I won't mention names, but they're highly advertised and mass-marketed brands). I get shiny highlights, not a flat color, but I do sometimes rotate two similar colors just for a little depth and variety.

This lightened my hair color beautifully, left it on much better condition than before hand. It is not a color stripper. Previously I had stripped my hair down to platinum blond, then used baby blue permanent hair dye. My hair grows fast. After 2 months natural color was growing back in. This dye did not remove all of the blue, just most of it. My natural hair color is a mix of salt & pepper - some of it dark, some white around my face. This dyed my hair ( apart from the blue) a pretty light ash blond color. Really lovely color, even, very shiny - strong & silky feeling. Unfortunately I am going to have to redye it a slightly darker color to cover the blue - do not want to strip it again. May try reverse streaking it with a medium ash blond. This feels like the best hair dye that I have ever used. Comes with a special packet to use after dyeing, plus another for after washing. Was not 100% good for me due to my special situation. Hair treatment from this company is about $22 per tube. More than I like to spend, but it may be worth it. My hair texture is the best it has felt in years. It strengthens hair and reduces breakage by 80% as well as making it soft as silk and full of body.

This product turned my hair, absolutely a blue gray from a blonde. It is the worst product ever if you’re actually wanting an iced blonde look that is not gray.! If you’re looking for a gray, then use this 12.1 otherwise steer clear of it. It is Horrible!

It's really not bad at all but it's more and ash than the silvery I want. I've purchased 2 times and this time I left on a full 30 minutes and it's nice. Soft and bouncy but as mentioned too ashy and I really want more silver to match what I have growing in. Sorry no before picture and I'm not super unhappy but I'm going to try something else next time to compare

This hair color leaves your hair feeling soft and shiny. It’s fabulous and doesn’t bleed like others sometimes do. It also lasts longer than others I have tried.

So I have natural black hair that's graying. So I figure I buy a different product I normally use that turn my roots to yellow before any purple shampoo or conditioner is added. I figure it says a permanent color and it removes the yellow. My usual time for touch up is 30 minutes unless I need to extend it for an hour. With this I need to extend for an hour to get a reddish brown that doesn't really cover my grays. Pretty color but not what it implies, plus as someone stated not the best direction from Italy I believe. And definitely didn't make my last roots to slightly the white I needed it to be. I probably need to do more research it's a pretty touch up color but not remotely the color as shown on the picture although it does make it cool than bright yellow. I like that the product is not harsh, drying, and does not irritate scalp.

Gray hair is a drag, but coloring like this makes 69 look like 29!!!

I have not found a better hair dye kit than this one. Next level
