Cute and comfortable chair . Awesome
This chair is asthetic in design. I really liked the cushion , cofmort and sytlish design. As my work table is low height. I was looking for a chair whose minimal chair height when lowered to be 40cm and it met my expectation . Maximum height is 50cm. I have added snaps .

Convenient for my table space. Satisfied.
Installation was easy. Took around 20 mins to assemble the chair all by myself. Perfectly convenient for my table. (As shown in the pictures attached). But not recommended for a long duration sit as it is not much comfortable to sit and work on your laptop. Need to improve the comfort level of the chair. It doesn’t support my lumbar bones.

Stability
One of the parts of the wheelbase keeps on coming out every now and then. I actually fell down once. One has to keet watching. Also, there is some play and the chair is not as stable.

TheyAre claiming its Ergonomic,since I bought chair there is no relief in back its paining like hell
I would not recommend this chair to anyone. I have paid 8,599.00. However, it's not worth spending that kind of money on this chair; I bought it mainly for ergonomics, but it's not good.

Looks premium, ergonomics could be improved
It's a good chair for 8.5K, but it could certainly use some improvements. It looks and feels premium. Assembly was fairly straightforward, took about 30 mins. Required screws and Allen key was provided. Item was delivered in 1 day, and was in pristine condition, so no complaints there either. The backrest net and the seat cushion are pretty good too. The ergonomics could be better though. The primary reason I choose this chair over others was because its seat depth was advertised as 17.3 inches, but in fact, it's 19 inches. And that's a couple of inches too deep for my height i.e. 5'8". So the back support wasn't fitting right. I simply stuffed a pillow behind the backrest, and that helped with the backrest (see last photo). So, not bad overall, but not exactly as advertised either.
