Best purchase in awhile
Best purchase I have made in awhile. The quality is top notch and it works like a charm. I wish I would have bought it a long time ago. It gets the wrinkles out so fast and heats up in less than a minute. I steam my clothes daily so this was a good investment.

Needs to be drained
It leaks water if you don’t drain it after every use. It does state this in the directions but it is inconvenient.

Awesome!!
Fantastic steamer! I was not in the market for a new steamer but my last one got knocked over accidentally and broke. I got online and picked this because it had the best reviews and they were not wrong. Heats up fast. Removes wrinkles easily. I guess it’s a blessing that my last one broke because this is about 10 times more powerful. A really, really good product!

The Best
I’m loving it, it’s the best steamer I’ve ever had and this is number (3.) I paid a few dollars more for it and it’s worth it.

Beats ironing but, it’s not my Rowenta!
We purchased this steamer to replace our old one. The old one was a Rowenta and I really liked it. Unfortunately, where we live we have well water and the salt from the softener clogged something inside of the machine and my husband needed special allen wrenches to open it up. Well, he’s not especially mechanically inclined and, while I was gone for a week, he, in his infinite wisdom, decided to stick a toothpick into a hole and it broke off! Yeah! That’s exactly what I thought too! Hence, the new steamer when I got home.About this steamer. I’m not really loving it. I don’t like the holder for the hose as it sticks up and out making it difficult to put items onto and taking items off of the steamer. I also don’t care much for the brush at the end of the hose. It’s just to stiff. Finally, because I have to use/purchase my water now I have noticed that this steamer is using a lot more water than the Rowenta did. This surprised me. I don’t know why, it just did. I suppose I just thought that they all were the same.Anyway, we’ll see, in the end, how long this one lasts. My old one lasted over 18 years before it gave up the ghost. Hopefully this one will too! And, I’m hoping to find myself liking it more in time! After all, it’s still beats ironing… right?
