Packaging and Presentation: The soap comes in an elegantly designed, eco-friendly packaging that immediately gives a sense of the brand’s commitment to sustainability. The minimalistic design with natural tones aligns perfectly with the soap's detoxifying properties, setting a positive first impression. Ingredients and Benefits: This soap is formulated with activated charcoal and rich butter, combining detoxification with intense hydration. Activated charcoal is renowned for its deep-cleansing properties, drawing out impurities and toxins from the skin. The inclusion of butter ensures that the skin remains moisturized and supple, countering any dryness that charcoal-based products might typically cause. Usage Experience: Upon using the soap, the first thing that stands out is its luxurious lather. A small amount produces a rich, creamy foam that feels indulgent on the skin. The soap has a subtle, earthy fragrance that is both refreshing and calming, making the bathing experience even more enjoyable. Effectiveness: After using the Nat Habit Detox Charcoal Butter Bath Soap for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s texture and clarity. The activated charcoal effectively cleanses the skin, removing dirt, oil, and other impurities without stripping away natural oils. This leaves the skin feeling clean, refreshed, and balanced. The butter component ensures that my skin remains hydrated, soft, and smooth, even after frequent use. Suitability: This soap is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Its natural formulation and gentle ingredients make it an excellent choice for those looking to incorporate a detoxifying yet moisturizing soap into their daily skincare regimen. Value for Money: Considering its high-quality ingredients, effective cleansing properties, and skin-nourishing benefits, the Nat Habit Detox Charcoal Butter Bath Soap offers excellent value for money. A single bar lasts a considerable amount of time, making it a cost-effective addition to any skincare routine. Conclusion: The Nat Habit Detox Charcoal Butter Bath Soap is a remarkable product that delivers on its promises of deep cleansing and moisturizing. It’s an excellent choice for anyone seeking a natural, effective solution for detoxifying the skin while maintaining hydration. This soap has earned a permanent spot in my skincare collection, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their bathing experience with a high-quality, natural product. Pros: Deep cleansing with activated charcoal Moisturizes with rich butter Gentle and suitable for all skin types Eco-friendly packaging Subtle, refreshing fragrance Cons: None observed Overall, the Nat Habit Detox Charcoal Butter Bath Soap is a five-star product that combines the best of nature’s detoxifying and moisturizing properties, offering a luxurious and effective skincare solution.

Like (expensive) butter on your skin!
As my title suggests, this soap really felt soft, smooth and gentle on my skin. I ordered two of these, a neem one and a sandalwood one. My review is largely identical for both and I am writing this after having used both bars. For comparison, my go-to soap for very long has been Mysore sandal, so I'm somewhat benchmarking this against that. In summary, really nice soap bars that are gentle on your skin and moisturizing, but I am unsure about the claims of exfoliation and detan, and do not like the longevity of a bar. Go for it if you don't mind replenishing it a bit more frequently than your average bar, and if you don't mind spending this much. I have also used soaps from a company called Palmer's which I really liked, but I can't seem to find them anymore from local sellers on Amazon. They used to cost about the same but had better durability. Here's what I liked: 1. The feel is hands down the best. It's very smooth, gentle, and moisturizes skin very well. Where I live the water is very hard and tends to dry skin out a lot, so this soap definitely helped. 2. For people with sensitive skin like mine, the lack of harshness in this soap will surely prove beneficial. It has a soft kind of moisturizing effect which is not too aggressive like say, Dove or Pears and doesn't leave your body feeling sort of sticky afterwards. 3. The fragrance is very nice! It's not overpowering and doesn't hit you in the nose hard like some other soaps do and leave your clothes smelling like them for a while. This one has a mild and subtle fragrance that will stay on your body for a decent time. It also lathers nicely unlike some other soaps that barely foam. 4. As for the claims of exfoliation and detan, I am a bit sceptical about that. I mean, the soap does have those natural bits like seeds and husks and what not that are midly abrasive, but the effect is not that noticeable. I'm also unsure of it's detan abilities as I personally didn't feel a difference. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Another thing that I mentioned in my review title, it's expensive. This is also a reason I didn't give it full five stars. I understand that the organic nature of making the soap, the quality of ingredients, and the artisanal/handmade aspect are the main factors behind the price, but at the end it's a soap and I cannot envision people normally spending this much on a consumable item, which is tied to my second point, 2. Which is that it doesn't last long. Here, your mileage may vary as the durability or longevity of soap will depend on how much you use and also with the hardness of water, but it didn't really last that long for me, just slightly between 15-20 days. For contrast, Mysore sandal soap bars last a bit longer than that for me and they are cheaper, albeit I do admit not as nice in feeling and moisturization. 3. The bars are also somewhat flimsy and chunks fall off regularly, leading to more wastage and loss in volume.
