Very happy with this waist trainer. I am 5'2" 140lbs and 28in waist I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly and is much more comfortable than I anticipated. After wearing only a few times I am starting to see results and it is even helping with my back! I work in Healthcare field and constantly lifting and moving patients takes a tole on my body. I wear this while I'm at work and it is the perfect support and solution for me. I can't wait to see what my results look like in a few weeks.

I can't imagine actually trying to work out in this. It's a monster to put on with all of those tiny latches in front, and the rubbery feel of the fabric just rubs me the wrong way. Without the laces of a normal corset in the back, this works pretty well under clothing, but you will get the back fat bulge. I did decide to keep this since, but I probably won't get too much use out of it.

This was not a good waist-shaper, and I returned it. It smelled AWFUL and the clasps were falling out already. It was shaped funny too,and ill-fitting. If not for the smell, I might have considered keeping it, but the smell was so strong there's no way you could have worn it comfortably since it would have made your clothes smell terrible. My skin smelled like it after I tried it on, so it had to go. I'll save my money and invest in something more quality, I think.

This was my first waist trainer, so it took some time to get used to but after a few weeks it now fits comfortably enough to wear all day. I have been having some trouble with the hooks pulling loose, though. I had to re-sew one hook and will probably have to fix another one soon. All in all, an okay product, but I'll probably spend a bit more for a higher quality one next time.

I'm 5'6" and weigh about 193lbs. Based on my measurements I ordered a 4X. It was far too large at the top and gaped even on the last set of hooks. I gave it to a friend and ordered a 2X which fits great. Its definitely snug on the first hooks and took a couple minutes to get it on but I've had it on 6 hrs so far, under my scrubs at work, and I'm fairly comfortable.

Nice product but I have a few issues. I originally ordered a size too big but the refund process was smooth. Once I got the right one and wore it I was disappointed. The back up by the top of the straps doesn't fit right and bulges out instead of ideally lying flat across my back. Also the top part of the binding area on the front digs into my chest badly if I sit, and is uncomfortable under my breasts. Nice idea but poorly thought out.

Excellent quality, I have worn this for an 8-hour workday with no problems. Originally purchased a medium as my waist is between 28-30 depending on the day. I'm now on the smallest set of hooks and will be getting a size small to keep the results going!

Yes this product has an odor to it, nothing unmanageable. I have to say I love this. The belt stays in place and even holds my pants up!Only advice is be ready to exchange it for a different size. I ordered a 6x after measuring myself and checking the chart. It was way too big! I have a 5xl on now on the tightest setting so I'll have to order another one a size smaller soon. Very comfortable considering. Would definitely recommend.
