Product has small dents in the lid. Chief likes it so no need to return it.

Leaks and company will not respond to messages!
The cup arrived as promised but leaked from the first time we put liquid in it. I have messaged the company and it has been three weeks and there has been no response.

Works well for hot beverages
Doesn't stay as cold as the other vacuum mugs, but as far as hot drinks go, I never like them to stay that hot, so this is perfect. I also like the grips on the bottom of the cup!
