I didn’t expect much from these tbh. I’ve been vegan for over ten years and in the last few, due to that and some hormonal issues, my hair has gotten a little finer than I’d like. I just started using Chewsy gummies! I can already see a huge difference in my Nails and my Hair; both have taken a growth spurt.
