I am brand new to sublimation, having done general shirts, signs, coasters and other normal items that you use a regular press for. I really wanted to make some cups for Christmas gifts this year and saw this mug press as a daily deal. Compared it to various other models on amazon and decided to give it a go. I like the design and the ease of use - simple self explanatory buttons and a clamshell type latch (the latch CAN be a little iffy, just make sure it's tightly closed and you should be fine - if its not "latched" tight, it can pop open on you. no damage or anything done to your project, but you will need to close it again. I'm very happy with this press! I'm still getting used to it, but I made a bunch for gifts as seen in my attached photo - they came out GREAT. still learning and the edges fade out a little, but it's definitely user error - I might need to shorten my design a little. I'm sure with tumblers where you can close the press without a mug handle in the way it will do a full design perfectly. Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting a mug press. The smell while pressing can be pretty harsh, but that is with any sublimation pressing - so just make sure you crack a window and have a fan going!

I absolutely loooove this heat press! The widths are amazing and meets every need expected, it’s perfect for handling large orders/quantities, it beeps when ready to be used or as a precaution to alert if a product is being pressed too long, it is simply the best and way more efficient than any heat press I’ve had! IT’S PERFECT!!!

I ordered this machine and had trouble with the unit, but after talking to their customer service they were able to help me resolve the issue. This machine is so easy to use and set up, the only thing I dislike is the smell. when using it make sure you’re in well ventilated area.

Stopped working afte 1 month of use !

This machine is a good size, heavy and works well. The temperature and time are adjustable and there is a memory for the last setting used when you turn it on again. It heats up well and works amazing. The only caveat is the weight. It's made to sit on a very sturdy table or desk and not to be moved. Keep that in mind when you purchase.

Very pleased with how this mug press performed. Easy to use, which for me being a beginner was great. Product came out beautiful. So very glad I got this.

Absolutely love it, have had no issues, was a great price and even came early.

Work's as described. Once it reaches temperature you can do as many tumblers or mug's as you need works perfectly every time.
