Excellent pull up bar
Purchased this Pull Up Bar for my son who has outgrown the indoor Pull Up Bar as he is over 6ft now.The description says it doesn't come with dowels but what it means is the actual metal bolts to fix it to the wall, Dowels are normally made from wood and are used for structural reinforcement in wood.As I fitted it on my own I got my son to put his hands up to get the height correct then marked one bracket first and placed a small spirit level placed on top (see photo) I circled the holes with a sharpie pen then drilled the holes for first bracket and fixed to the wall, the second bracket was put into position with the bar resting on top and again the holes on the bracket were coloured in with a black sharpie pen for drilling, I used a bigger spirit level which sat on both brackets to make sure all was level.Follow the instructions regarding the two small bolts that hold the actual Bar onto the brackets and feed them from the bottom with the washer and nut on top as the video on here shows them being fitted incorrectly from the top with nut & washer on the bottom.I've taken a photo of the bolts I used from my local DIY store which sounds like barberque at a cost of £0.95 per pack (two packs needed)It took me approximately 20 minutes to fit with no problems, the bar is very light which is good.10/10

I may have bought the wrong thing
I wanted to use this bar with TRX cables but I think I may have bought the wrong thing. That said, it seems very robust as a pullup bar and the wall mountings seem to be the business. The bolts holding the cross bar are maybe a bit lightweight for TRX but would in my view be fine for pullups.

Sturdy bar
Good bar for pullups.

Bolts not strong enough to hold
The wall plugs that come with the bar are not strong enough to hold, they are made of some soft alloy and do not inspire sturdiness

Refund
Awful product came with missing parts and the rubber handles were ripped open I want a refund.

They don't give any instructions or plugs/screws
The bar itself works okay, but they don't give you any type of plug or screws for the bar. Was annoying having to figure out sizes of plugs and bolts and figuring out the process of installation

God sturdy product
Make sure the bolts are not to long to go through 2 cavities and use all holes for bolts use steps to start off with if novice
