Like many others, I'm using this on a 3D printer kit so for the fuse and so I don't have to pull the plug to power it off. Everything feels quite solid. The terminals were a nice addition. Some have complained that they didn't fit, but perhaps didn't realize that they say "Heat Shrink" terminals.The terminals weren't labeled on mine, but there's a wiring diagram with the product pictures. The color coding was a bit confusing, but at least one of the pictures has a legible L for Live and E for Earth so it wasn't too hard to sort out. Not to mention that it makes sense for the Live signal to pass through the fuse.

This neat little outlet is amazing. I used it on a recent project and was astounded to see how much more aesthetically pleasing this was, as opposed to a wire coming out of a hole. Comes with a fuse. in the center of this product there is a little place the fuse goes and a little piece of plastic clips over it.

Solid made. Appreciate the spade connectors. I can see why 3 of them are not shrouded, probably because the terminals on the switch are pretty close together. I am docking a star because there is no wiring diagram and only one terminal is labeled (which you need a magnifying glass to see). Had to come back here and read the reviews to confirm which wire went where. Shouldn't have to be that way. Manufacturer should supply a wiring diagram for anything electrical, especially high voltage. Just update your image here, would take 2 seconds and save a lot of work for the consumer.

Works as advertised— used it to turn my lit marquee for my Arcade1up on/off as needed.Easy to install ; check YouTube for videos on how to add a switch to your arcade machine.

I was able to use this for a power supply with no socket inlet. It worked great, I found diagrams on where to install each part. The downside is only 4 of the clamps are fully enclosed, would have been better if it was all fully enclosed. Because we are talking about high voltage here. I will update my review if the light turns on... I forgot.. :P

I accidentally wired this wrong, even after I had used my Multimeter to test for continuity only a week prior. I suppose I had forgotten what I had learned or maybe I was distracted. I wired this top to bottom instead of left to right as it was designed, and I blew the fuse. I had to wait for replacement fuses before I could even determine the extent of my mistake. While I waited, I took the time to test it again and was reminded of my prior findings as to its design and implementation.I can say with every confidence, the fact that this has a fuse built in and wired inline with the AC connection, is the only reason my mistake didn't cost me any more than a few days shipping time and a mild bruise to my ego.Please, don't ever circumvent any safety feature. And don't buy a power plug without a fuse like this one has. I'll happily buy this unit every time I need anything like it.

This is a great product for what it is. I bought it, tried it, and would have been fine using it in the long run, but I really need something that could take a heavier load. I ultimately went with a marine rocker switch.

Love this product and it could have been a 5-star product the only thing I had a problem with and this is my personal issue was that the kit comes with 7 connectors I am using it to install a small power strip inside an arcade 1up I know the mainlines that carries the current are shielded but the ones out to the power strip or whatever you are connecting are not shield and from my limited knowledge of electricity I understand that those have to pass through the switch and the fuse but i just felt that all the connectors on the back should be shields or at least covered.other than that great product will recommend and purchase again.
