Had to return the first one as it was smashed in, but was definitely a fulfilment issue. I was able to get a new one in exchange and it came in perfect condition.

Box damaged and open
When you pay that kind of price for a model you expect it to be in good condition not only was the box dented but it was opened hopefully nothing is missing

Not worth the price
The wing joint part shown in the picture is super fragile and was broken instantly. The part is carried over from MG Wing Gundam Zero Ver. Ka, but the peg goes in to a different backpack and the rotation is very stiff, making it very easy to break. Despite the MS design looks gorgeous and the weapons are super cool, I don't think this kit is worth a scalper price.
