This product is great, the melatonin and the other ingredients help to relax the body to rest deeply. I suggest taking two tablets and it takes your body a week to get acclimated to it. My husband takes it within 10 minutes he’s out, and wakes up refreshed. In case you were unaware, my Naturopathic Dr informed me that, melatonin also has cancer fighting properties in your body, so it has more health rewards than just sleep.

I have always had a very hard time trying to fall asleep as an adult. My brain goes into overdrive and I can't get relaxed enough to sleep. I tried Ambien, but got very edgy and had terrible morning drowsiness My new naturopath recommended Prothrivers Sleep and I was skeptical. Not anymore!! This is the absolute best! I just take one before bed, read for 5 minutes and then get the best night's sleep...the ENTIRE night. Wow. And in the morning, I feel rested and not groggy. I recommend this highly!

I usually have no problem falling asleep, what I do suffer from is waking up at 2-3 am in the morning and not able to fall back to sleep. This plagues me for years. I used to use valerian but it stopped working for me so I though I would give this a try. It didn’t do a thing.

Obviously it is the incredibly high dosage of melatonin that gives this product it's power.
