I liked that it dried fast on your hands and it worked for a long time on your muscles. I used it it on the muscles on the back of my leg, were my calf was It helped and it worked for a long time , to relive the pain

Awesome stuff! My daughters gymnastics coach recommended this for cold/ice therapy and muscle repair. This will definitely be a staple in her gym bag. This stuff WORKS! My daughter had some serious muscle soreness from Kip work and her arms and stomach hurt so bad she said she couldn't laugh without being in pain. We put some of this on her abs, triceps and knee and she said she could REALLY feel it. She actually had chill bumps and needed a blanket. The next day when she woke up she didn't have any pain in her abs and only a little pain in her triceps! So we put a little more on and the next day that pain was gone!

It works. I use it on my knees and back. Takes the pain away.

I have been using Biofreeze for almost one year and have been very pleased with both the pain relief and the "texture" of the gel. My order has always arrived in a clear, smooth gel - until my latest order. This order was green, and it is rather "lumpy", not nearly as pleasing as the other orders. When I looked into how I could make sure I only purchase the Clear Biofreeze in the future, I found No Way to make that happen. That's very disappointing - may not purchase again

I love Biofreeze. It works great, smells good but strong, and is one of the only pain relief creams I can use because of my sensitive skin. My only complaint is that this cap screws on instead of flips open and snaps shut. Trivial detail in comparison to the amount of pain relief it brings. I have extensive nerve damage down my spine, and recently aquired tennis elbow. It helps with both. My elbows get hot and swollen and this cools them off, reducing the pain.

very nice light scent. Works very well and fast for shoulder and low back stiffness. I hate smelling like a walking menthol vapo rub and everyone else knows that smell. This product has a lovely light fragrance. I am sensitive to heavy perfume and chemical fumes and this product is just fine for me to wear. The effects also last a long time.

The tingling is wierd but it works

I used this product for knee and foot pain and found it to be more effective and longer lasting than the product bought at the local pharmacy. I don't know what makes the difference, but this Biofreeze gel really works!

Es efecto frío, os pongo aquí para lo que sirve: - Contracturas y espasmos musculares - Rigidez articular - Artritis y tendinitis - Esguinces y torceduras - Calambres, rampas y piernas y pies cansados - Contusiones Me lo mando un fisio, y me costo 18€ en una farmacia, y aquí esta a al mitad!!

I was introduced to Biofreeze after a cycling accident left with me torn muscle around my rib cage, it was incredible, it really helped to alleviate the considerable pain I was in at the time. Since then I've always had some in the house and it has come in so handy. It's easy to apply and you only need a small amount as it goes a long way. The smell is not too strong but it is noticeable, once it settles in it starts to warm up the affected area even though it feels cold, weird sensation but it does work very well. Just be sure to wash your hands well after you've applied it.

I bought this product after reading the reviews to use on my daughter's ears to numb them in order to get her earrings back in! She had her ears pierced and we religiously followed the advice about turning the studs around and sterilizing her ears for 3 weeks and yet a week after she started using normal earrings she had difficulty getting them back in. The gel did the trick and we got the earrings back in again. Great product.
