Summary & Discussions of The Women of The Bible Speak by Shannon Bream: The Wisdom of Women and Their Lessons for Today

It touched on a few of my favorite bible stories. In fact as a bride I laid at my husband's feet all night to show him my love for him like he was Boaz. Funny how those stories impact us and make our souls better, and endure through happy times and tribulations.

I will be leading a study of Shannon Bream's book The Women of The Bible Speak and this resource will contribute to that study. I'm a little frustrated with the randomness of the discussion questions, but I've numbered them to the book's chapters (which aren't numbered either?!?) so that I don't miss out on any as we go through. Each chapter's summary provides good insight for leading discussions. I've never been exposed to the "wizer" so this will be a first.

This "guide" was disappointing. It is far more of a summary and reads like a Cliffsnotes of the book. It was so generic and broad that it wasn't helpful. The answers don't correlate at all to the questions in the book and leave nothing to discuss.

I really enjoyed reading about the women in the bible. I want to have faith and believe like they did.

The pages of the answers didn’t match the questions right off the bat on the very first page. Therefore the workbook lost all credibility with us and we didn’t use it for our bible study.
