I think it said "Made in China" but I tossed it the first day so I can't verify that. It was PLASTIC and was pulled apart the first night it was in front of our apartment building. Transients just scattered the cigarette butts around and left the plastic pieces of the container. It could not be fortified to withstand another attack so I just threw it out.
