The local zoo doesn't allow plastic straws (a policy I agree with), but the metal straws I bought aren't the best solution because they get too cold or hot depending on what you're drinking, and a metal straw hitting your front teeth is not a pleasant sensation.These silicone tips are a great solution. More so, the reason I wanted them was because I use metal straws and worry about breaking my teeth. Very disappointed when they arrived to find only 7 straw covers in the package. I wish the seller would respond to me as I would rather have more covers than a refund.

The one thing I don’t like about stainless steel straws is my teeth on them or the way they feel on my lips when drinking through them. These silicone tips are the answer to that. The tips are pliable and feel great. I cleaned mine with a drop of soap on my straw brush - extremely easy. I bought these to take on a cruise (ship will not have any plastic straws), but I’ll be using them at home more. They are the perfect addition to stainless steel straws.

Less paranoid with my stainless steel straw! The inside diameter is a little tight for the straws from Starbucks, though. Definitely look at your straws before ordering.Size makes it a hassle to yank them off, which is tempting to just leave them, and bad cleaning habits :-)

I should've bought these a lot sooner!! I have eliminated plastic straws from my life in an attempt to make less trash so I carry stainless steel straws for everything I need to drink. The only problem is I'm always nervous about chipping my teeth!! These solve that problem really well. They are comfortable to drink from. There is no downside to using these tips.

We really like these straw tips for a metal straws. I have purchased numerous random straws from different places and they fit great on all of them. Previously I had straws that came with tips and those would slide off and they broke and became cracked very easily how do you straws do not crack or slide on my straws so I really like them. I would definitely recommend these for anyone using metal straws

These silicone tips are fabulous! The colors are beautiful and they fit snugly and don’t come off until you remove them. Since there are 10, I just take off the dirty ones and collect them until I’m ready to clean them at once. The original ones that came with my stainless steel straws weren’t nearly as durable because they stretched and eventually became too loose to stay on. These hug snugly to the straws. They’re great!
