Great plush well cushioned mat. Great length. Would like a couple more inches on width but still great supportive mat

Use this for yoga & pilates. Stops the bruises! Some times it means standing on the floor to do balance as the thickness means I wobble, but now I don't have soreness where bones make contact with the floor through a mat that's too thin. Great buy & not expensive

The extra thickness is ideal for excercising on hard floors.

I resenty had a back operation and im using the mat for physio. It very soft and great value for money.
