Good easy fit
Fitted on a 2021 Hilux Invincible X.Fitting was very easy despite the not very clear instructions.Working fine on completion. Dampens the drop nicely. So far happy with purchase.

It does fit (without major fabrication/works)
Absolute rubbish. One bracket fits, the top bracket isn’t even shaped properly for the contours of the bodywork which it needs to sit against. This offsets and is unworkable. The top bracket has two holes (but a least one further is needed (for the back light fixing) and I’ve had to re-work this bracket to get it to fit properly. If you are putting this on a HILUX do not bother….

Poor fitting instructions, needs some fettling to fit.
Fitting instructions aren't great, black parts fitted against a black painted vehicle. It arrived with sharp machined edges as some scratches that I needed to remove.If you have a bed liner you'll have to sit some of it away to get it to fit, not a massive problem, but not mentioned in the fitting instructions.The nuts aren't nylon lined, so you'll either need to replace them or use some blue thread lock to stop them coming undone in use.You'll need an impact driver to remove the screws from the tailgate, they're factory fitted and not designed to be removed by hand.Also you'll need the Hilux instructions on how to remove the tail light cluster, it pulls out sideways.

Reasonably easy to fit but the fixed steel ropes are useless and the rope pulls out of the bracket.
The one problem is the replacement fixed steel ropes are useless and the rope pulls out of the bracket. This has happened on both sides.
