Nine WEST Womens Wnflax

I normally wear a true 11.5, so I ordered these heels in a 12. They were comfortable but too long—even with heel inserts, toe cushions, and add-on straps, they still flip-flopped. I exchanged them for an 11, and they fit perfectly. I have slim, narrow feet, so I wouldn’t say the shoes run big, but I was able to size down a half size with no issues. If your feet are fuller, the 12s might work better—just my guess. Now that I have the right size, the shoes are great: good material, nice cushioning under the ball of the foot, and a sturdy heel. Comfortable enough for all-day office wear. No complaints.

This is a solid black heel that is very comfortable for the height. They have the perfect design and look that make them an extremely versatile pump. They also look more sophisticated than the stock photos reflect. The highlights: -4 inch heel -Soft matte leather -Moderate cushioning for the sole I wore these heels for 7 hours straight and did a lot of standing/walking. They started out very comfortable and reasonable, but started to get uncomfortable around the 3-4 hour mark. The cushioning in the footbed is really helpful -- I wish it was even thicker. It has the feeling of almost being a pillow cushion, but not quite. If it were thicker these shoes would be unstoppable. The bottoms don't have any grip, so I'd recommend getting non-slip sole protection added. Overall, for the price point and if you're looking for a pump that can be worn for a range of occasions, these are a great choice.

I love everything about these shoes. I got my normal size and they fit perfect. I have wide feet but still didn’t need to size up as these are true to size. Not too high and not kitten heels either. Perfect for the office and the brunch.

This shoe did not meet the quality standards that I have come to expect from Nine West Shoes. I have purchased many other shoes by Nine West in the past and most I have had for years; this pair was thrown away in under two months. Let me explain by saying, I really liked the look of these shoes; the leather was nice, and the the style definitely appropriate for a conservative workplace with a modest heel and cut. When I put them on, I did notice that they were a bit tight; however, it was nothing significant, just that new shoe tightness you experience sometimes before they mold to your foot. The first day I wore them I developed extreme blisters on my heels, which was unusual, but after that initial time, these shoes were pretty comfortable. However, in the next few wears, the shoe began to develop a split in the leather where the front meets the side. This is the area of my foot that is the widest, but I don't have wide feet; they are pretty average. Certainly not split the sides of your shoes wide. I have never had splitting in this area of any other shoe, even the most inexpensive of shoes. I am very disappointed that shoes of this name and this price were of such poor quality. I have gotten more uses out of far more inexpensive shoes. I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone.

Perfect classic women's work shoe - not to high and goes with everything

Wore to a wedding and had to change. I love the style, but the shoes felt wobbly, tall, and uncomfortable. My feet were covered in blisters halfway through the day, and I had to buy a second pair before the reception. They are broken in now and not totally unbearable, but they still feel unstable and a little uncomfortable. I usually choose other shoes in my closet over these.
