Very comfortable and eases lower back pain

I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk for work, and my lower back and hips were really starting to complain. I decided to try this gel seat cushion, and honestly, I wish I had bought it sooner! The cushion is incredibly comfortable — soft enough to relieve pressure points but firm enough to give proper support. The gel layer keeps it cool even after hours of sitting, which is a huge plus. It doesn’t flatten out like regular foam cushions, and it stays in place thanks to the non-slip bottom. I’ve noticed a big difference in my posture and reduced discomfort during the day. This is a thick and large size gel cushion . When placed on couch cushion, it is almost too thick and you tend to a slide. Seems perfect for the car a n d does seem to relieve pressure points. All in all, very satisfied.

Rewriting review it worked great it was just to small for me I didn't see the larger on which refunded and replaced it with very happy now Bonny butt cheeks were fine didn't have to keep re adjusting perfect💯

I lost a lot of weight, fat and muscle mostly, and my "sit bones" would ache after just a few minutes on a hard seat and about 30 minutes in the car seat. I tried others but they were too high (lifing me up by 50-70mm) or too small (uncomfortably felt the edges of the cushion under my thighs). This seemed just right ... it is large enough to cover the entire car seat and comfy chair, and thin enough not to lift me up to the car roof or leave my feet danglling in mid air. It is not light ... but reasonable... and certainly comfortable for me. Recommended for folk with "sit bone" aches. RTC
