I figured the LED lights would be fun. It was initially a fun table – as ...
I purchased this table a couple of months back for a new game room. I am hoping to give a fair review of the table. We have four kids who use the table with friends (6,7,12,13). I figured the LED lights would be fun. It was initially a fun table – as with a lot of toys, it doesn’t get played as often as I had hoped when I purchased it. It is large and seems sturdy. It was fairly easy to put together with some better screws than provided. I was hopeful it would last longer than it did before it started to break.Within days the scoring system was not scoring correctly, Escalade sports said they would send out a replacement part, they sent the wrong part and then I realized it wasn't a defective part after all and that the sensors were out of alignment - which now happens often, despite tightening the screw repeatedly. (I plan on using some superglue to fix it soon).Within a week the scoreboard sound stopped working, despite a couple of reassuring emails from support, they never sent the part and stopped replying to requests for updates. This is my largest frustration with the table and escalade sports support. I expect to be given direct and honest responses promptly (please note: I would wait 3-4 weeks between emails as they initially noted that the part of backorders).Sadly, once (literally once) a couple of teens used the table, it chipped and broke in countless places (see pictures). Within a couple of months, the strikers stopped working (stopped lighting up), and the pucks themselves fall apart and need new batteries occasionally (which is expected). However, the screws that hold the batteries fall out after some play and require frequent tightening and replacement. I had to buy some new machine screws to replace the missing screws.Overall, while I knew the table wouldn’t stay new looking for long, I would have hoped it stood up to least at least one afternoon with a couple of teenagers. The LED lights on the sides still work, and it still works with lightweight replacement pucks. The kids have had fun with the table. I hope this assessment is fair and helpful

Airflow is great: I gently pushed the puck from one side ...
Our family loves this table. The lights effects are coordinated with the built-in sound and music, and turn the color of the side that just scored a goal. It gives the basement an arcade feel. Airflow is great: I gently pushed the puck from one side and watched it glide back and forth the length of the table at least 3 times on its own.My 15-yr-old son helped me move the table top across the hardwood floor and down the stairs using the forearm forklift ($19). Staircase is carpeted so we were able to slide it down carefully. I was able to move and finish assembly in under 3 hours (power tools helped). Assembly instructions were straight forward and table is stable. After assembly, son and wife helped me flip it over using 3 chairs for leverage.Pushers are rechargeable using microUSB cable, but the lighted pucks last 7 hours on button cell batteries 2016. I am glad I purchased this.*Update 6/21/2018: This table has held up to groups of kids age 8 thru 16. The included lighted pucks are now broken, but the regular puck works just fine. I noticed some chipping on the inside edge of the table, probably due to the 16-yr-old boys, which I easily fixed by covering it with $3 of plastic (5/8 in. x 5/8 in. x 8 ft. Self-Stick Plastic Corner Guard - Residential @ Home Depot). Sound, lights, and air all still work great.*Update 7/3/2019: everything is still working, and the table is still used regularly when the kids have their friends over.

Table is fantastic, now that I fixed it
Table is fantastic, now that I fixed it. The delivery went well, driver was very nice. Got the package in the house without problem with four adults, and that's when the fun started. Opening the package we found a piece of the lower support broken off. No big deal as you'll never see it. Put the whole table together, flipped over, again with four adults, and saw a corner piece broke. Took the corner piece off and found the whole end rail was loose. Looked as though all the screws were ripped out. I'm handy, so at this point i figured it was easier just to fix. We turned the game on just to make sure everything else was ok and ran into more trouble. The game would not register goals on the side that was loose. I decided I needed a beer and sleep before blowing up... With a clear head the next morning, spent three hours taking the table partially apart, cutting, splicing, re-soldering the sensor, re-assembling with new screws, and gluing the corner piece back together. All the screws on the end rail were bent. There was a wire broken off on the sensor. I had to actually relocate the sensor as it wasn't capable of fitting in the cutout area it was designed for, which means it probably never worked right out of the factory.Again, glad I'm handy and have a variety of tools. Otherwise the three hours would've taken all day. Never had a problem with Amazon orders before, might stick to brick and mortar for higher end purchases next time!

We love the table and the lights are fabulous!
I would have given this product 5 stars except our table had a huge vertical crack running down the back middle about 7 inches long, which I wasn't able to see until I had all the smaller parts/boxes out of the ginormous main box and in the basement and it would have been a huge hassle to box it back up and have it returned. I was so disappointed and I feel it was probably the reason this item had been previously returned and I trusted Amazon when it said it was in good shape. There wasn't any damage to the box near the damaged part of the table so I don't know what happened. The good news is it's on the backside facing the wall and it doesn't affect the game playing. On to the positive part: WE LOVE OUR TABLE!!! The table is beyond sturdy, the air flow is good, it's well made and the lights on the inside edges just add to the awesomeness of the game. The paddles and pucks light up too and my girls and I love it. You can set different game lengths or none at all and the score has always been right in the short time we've had it.
