It is as it was described.
This is a very lightweight, attractive and useful watch. It can be worn with morw formal clothing, or every day. The face is even a little darker in person then in the picture. The day and date is a little hard to get used to and the instructions remind me of early 80's consumer electronics pamphlets from the Japanese manufacturers. If the watch keeps time as well as it looks and fits, it's a great deal.

should be advertised as children's watch respecting severely undersized bracelet size. Far too small.

Nice Watch
I got this watch after reading its great reviews here, especially the one by Shandy. As of day one, I definitely don't regret it. Here's everything I like about the watch:-It's really, really light. I hardly feel like I'm wearing it.-The design is simple and elegant.-The blue looks especially nice. It's dark but not too dark.-The time, date, and day are all easy to read.-The crown has to be screwed loose to make changes, which is a nice system.-The materials it's made out of are top-notch (i.e., titanium bands and a sapphire crystal face).-It's not too expensive to replace in case anything happens.I still have to wait to see how age will affect it. From my impressions, I'm not too worried. It seems like a quality watch.__________UPDATEAfter owning the watch for year, I'm still totally happy with the purchase. It's keeping time well and the battery's going strong. The sapphire face has resisted scratches exceptionally well. The titanium has gotten some minor scratches from tough dings. The watch survived a rough fall while I was ice skating, and the company repaired a piece of the band that got damaged, for free. They're based in LA.Two things I didn't mention before: Sundays are marked with a red font on the watch, and there's no way to turn the watch off._________UPDATE 2Two quick additions:1. The battery size is 377. I was able to replace it myself using a watch repair kit (
GGI International Watch Repair Tool Kit
) that I got here on Amazon for six bucks.2. I never mentioned it, but this thing never, ever pulled on my arm hairs. So rest assured, my fellow gorillas.

the sapphire crystal does a good job at resisting scratches
I bought this watch back in 2015 and I've worn it daily ever since. I bought this watch because I was looking for something more lightweight and durable than the normal $50 fossils you'd find in this style. Historically, I'd get maybe a year or two out of a fossil before the face is badly scratched and/or it stops keeping time. I realize I'm very hard on watches - I often wear them while working on heavy industrial equipment in all kinds of environments. This watch checked all the boxes for me - cheap, reliable, light and durable. As others have said, this watch is very light, compared to a stainless steel banded watch. Second, the sapphire crystal does a good job at resisting scratches. After 3 years or so with this watch, its accumulated just a couple dings around the edges of the crystal. I also managed to bend the stem a bit, but it's still functional. The band does scratch very easily, but I expected that.Overall, this is a great watch for the money. Spending just a little more than a fossil gets you something far, far better.EDIT: June 24th, 2019 I finally broke this watch. The pins holding the strap to the watch body broke. I could easily just buy a new band, but for the cost of the watch I'm going to just get a new one. For the <$100 price tag, I'm happy with getting 4 years out of it.

Sartego is light weight and easy to wear.
This is my second Sartego Titanium watch. I like the size, and extremely light weight. I wear these watches for everyday casual use. I have several watches and the Sartego are the least costly. I select what watch I wear based on what I'm doing, functions and durability requirements for the day.

Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The Leatherman tool feels very premium and sturdy.
Sarrano Telo Gomez was born in 1835 in Sariego, city Asturias, Spain, into a watchmaker's family which consisted of 12 siblings. Sarrano was the sixth sibling and was the creative child within the family. Sarrano had a charming smile and innocent blue eyes that won everybody's heart even his father's. At school, Sarrano was given a nickname Sartego (short form for his long name Sarrano Telo Gomez). He loved his new name and introduced himself to others as Sartego rather than his real name.
At a young age, Sartego was very dedicated more to watch making rather than playing with his friends. Every day, after returning from school, Sartego could only be found in the basement of his house helping his father in watch making. Sartego learned the basic mechanical skills from his father. However, he already had the artistic and creative skills in designing unique watches. He even impressed his father who was an experienced watchmaker. At the age of 12, Sartego put together is first watch, which he wore throughout his lifetime.
At the age of 18 Sartego had collected enough money to make a trip to the heart of the watch making world-Switzerland. It was his fathers' dream to make a Sartego a Spaniard with watch making talents that would be known around the world for \"Quality and the art of time-keeping.\" Sartego was sent to Neufchatel, Switzerland where Sartego's father had a friend named Van Der Lehures who was also in the watch making industry and ran a small workshop of 20 people. Mr. Lehures accepted Sartego as an apprentice into his watch making business. There Sartego learned all his skills of making outstanding timepieces. Sartego had surprised many big watch manufacturers in Switzerland and was a being offered jobs he had always dreamt of.
In 1865, Sartego married a young charming lady named Ana Lucia. She gave birth to two sons by the name of Fernando Sartego Gomez and Harold Sartego Gomez. It was 1875 when Sartego received the sad news of his father's poor health. With the love of his father in his heart, Sartego left back for Spain and met his father a few days before he died. Sartego's father handed over a key to the basement door and asked Sartego to carry on the family tradition of watch making and to create a name in the watch industry that would make Spain proud. Sartego kept up that promise and turned his basement into a watch making workshop. He employed passionate young men and women to become heirs of the Spanish watch making industry.
1901 was a mourning year, as Sartego, who once was the time-keeper (forefather) of Spain's watch industry has passed away in his deep sleep. He was still wearing the same watch that he had made when he was twelve years old. Until today, Sartego watches are known for \"Quality and the art of time-keeping\" within the international watch industry for the sophisticated and the world class movements used in making Sartego watches. Sartego's sons Fernando and Harold carry on the life long tradition of making Sartego 'Quality and Luxury Timepieces.'
