Lasting good and feel sturdy. The lock is a little bit finicky but I don't have any problems getting it unlocked. I turn the key and then turn the handle with the key still turned and it opens right up. They look good and my customers don't have any problems getting into my shop during business hours. I like the lever handle as I can open it with an armload of stuff using my elbow.

Easy to put together but It didn't have the correct offset this may have been my fault since I don't remember having to pick an offset when I ordered. Also the mfg should have a hotline maybe this offset issue could have been resolved on the phone and I wouldn't have had to return it.

We got it and paid $150 to install it and after 4-5 days the lock stop working so we have ordered replacement and even the replacement today after two weeks or so stop working that we paid another $125 to replace it. Even I know Amazon will refund the money, Who will pay $275 total for installment ? Also it damage the pain on the door which is another few hundred dollar cost.

Bought this lockset to add to a door in an office space being converted from a conference room to an office. Other brands were two to three times the price. The fit was a little different, but I was able to make it work. All in all it was a good buy!

Will definitely purchase more. Really heavy duty and installs very easy. Everything you need to install either on wood doors or metal doors. Also comes very well packed with protective film on the faceplate and strikes late to protect the metal during shipping.

i am very pleased of my purchase, not only because the high quality of the product but for the immediate response I had from the manufacturer for an assistance I needed from them. No doubt their products are made to last for ever and have a great customer service.

This privacy lock door handle is amazing quality and verry well built, but I really don't understand why this is so expensive, it's a privacy lock so you definitely don't need to protect against lock picking as you can easily open it from the outside, so I am not sure why the price is so high and who it's for
