Q: Do you have a "roasted on" date on your bags, or just a "use by" date?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a roasted date. It’s a use by date. Maybe when they see this, they’ll start putting it on the bags!

Q: How much caffiene is in a serving, going by the directions?

I use this in my espresso machine to make americanos, not quite sure how much caffeine is in one serving, but I can tell you the flavor is delicious, strong, but not overwhelming, and I do *not* get that crazy over-caffeinated feeling that many popular coffee shops give me! Hope that helps
