True high quality Raclette
My recent attempts at preparing a traditional Raclette meal - just melted cheese, potato and pickles, with a glass of Apremont de Savoie - had been disappointing because of the poor quality of supermarkets' sliced versions of Raclette cheese and various English cheesemakers' failures to reproduce the original's characteristic flavour and texture.This Premium Quality Raclette cheese from the GREAT BRITISH TRADING LIMITED Store is the genuine French article - great flavour and, in contrast to the fakes, does not melt to create a pond of liquid fat, but melts creamy and browns perfectly just as far as you want to take it!

Raclette cheese isn't readily available in most large supermarkets and it isn't always possible to find a small retailer that stocks it, so buying from Amazon is a great option.
