very informative book , that will enhance your knowledge to increase revenue.

For novices this is a good primer. There is no math, no statistics, only brushing references to some of the proprietary tools. Revenue managers appear to be math gurus hidden in the back office forced to come out once every week to porognosticate.

I am a newbie to revenue management and this book was very helpful in understanding the theory and practice. I learned enough to feel more confident in my personal understanding of hotel revenue management! A great book!

Good, but boring. Would rather go with a "for dummies" version.

Very good for starter. Easy to use as tools to explain basic to those who have no idea about Revenue management before.

Not even worth the paper it is written on ... The least one expects is good proof reading.

If you need to learn revenue management in an hour, this book is for you. If you just need a refresher like I did, it's 30 minutes. Thanks, it's a great balance between information and available time.
