Does this tanks come with the level sensor and pig tail ?

Level sensor yes. Pig tail no although the exposed terminals are easy to solder a couple of wires to. Note if your planning to use demineralized or deionized water this type of conductivity sensor will be limited in its effectiveness as the conductivity is relative to the mineral content within the water. This type of sensor works best with tap water.
