There are not a lot of details to discuss when using the Dri Mark UV Pro. The process is so simple - Turn it on and point it at paper currency. The counterfeit bills are easy to spot. I should say that the REAL money is apparent IMMEDIATELY. Unlike the counterfeit pens used to mark money, this device is much faster. And, UNLIKE the pens that dry out and sometimes change color marks with age, this little device is perfect every time.

Surprisingly bright. Solid aluminum metal housing. Too big to put in the pocket, but fine for desk or counter use. Also lights up a driver's license well to validate ID. This one's a keeper!

Easy to use, and a low initial investment which will pay for itself upon discovery of first fake bill...hopeful that one hasn't gotten by me yet. Also seems to really effective for ID's.However I am beginning to suspect that the batteries must be fresh to get the best results.

Works great. I tried it first on my ID and it lit up like crazy, so then I tried it on all my bills, although I knew they would be good because they were from the bank. Hundreds show a pink strip, the fifties show a yellow, and twenties show a green(ish) strip. Some of the strips are faded (I guess with time and wear), but they will still show. I will be using this during my yard sales and all transactions. My brother's friend sold his old pickup for a few hundred to a "really nice couple", but when he went to the bank to deposit the cash, they were ALL fake 100s.I highly recommend this product.

After you add the batteries, the weight of them against the spring inside is a bit much and as you adjust the angle you can hear them banging around a bit in there. Sometimes even when it's clicked on and you have it pointing down, the batteries get out of alignment with the electrical connections and you need to shake it a little to get it to work. Not quite what I was expecting, but for under $20 at least it works.
