These earring safety backs make unexpected and appreciated little gifts: Use as stocking stuffers, as hostess gift, and let's not forget that they can be used as a replacement for that easily dropped and easily lost butterfly clutch. I bought these earring backs when I purchased multiple high-quality studs (4 for each ear) to help alleviate problems I've had with my piercings. My holes aren't pierced evenly, so the original earring backs pushed into one another. Also, and the original metal earring backs on the studs were too tight on my ears and snagged my hair.I ordered these rubber earring backs - they were exactly what I was looking for and a fabulous price! I put them on as soon as I got them, and my ears felt so much better. They also seemed very tight and secure on the posts, which I loved because I spent quite a bit of money on high-quality gold studs for my sensitive ears.The ONLY problem is that if they get wet, they slowly slide off - even after they're dried. I took a shower, and noticed afterwards that the rubber stopper backs were beginning to slowly move. I ensured they were dry and then went on with my day. Several hours later, I noticed I was missing several rubber stoppers. I'm glad I noticed, because I definitely didn't want to lose my new studs!I would recommend these ONLY if you take your earrings out before you shower and then put them back in... based on my experience, they seem to stretch when wet, and I don't want to chance losing my earrings.

I bought these safety earring backs because I get paranoid about having my diamond earrings fall off. I avoided wearing my earrings for 5 years after one day when I looked down and saw one of my diamond earrings on the floor at the mall. (Yes, it was MY earring, and the other one was still in my ear, thank God). With the safety backs, at first I was pushing them on as tight as possible, since that's what I did with the old metal ones which would still fall off. That hurt my ears quite badly. It took me a few days of putting the earrings on a bit looser each day until I felt truly comfortable that these earring backs were NOT going to fall off. At last, I have overcome my serious diamond earring trauma; I can throw these backs on with nary a care about how far pushed on they are, without having to reach up and check that my gems are still there 10 times per hour; I can spread my arms and dance in the sunshine or the rain. I can lay back and sip a margarita and enjoy the sun, the wind, or the stars with the peace of mind that only Earring Safety Backs can provide.

These rubber petal style earring backs are comfortable and do the trick to hold my earrings securely. I like them because they are slightly larger than other rubber or plastic earring backs and they are softer than some other earring backs I have had - both features make it easier to get hold of them and not drop them when you are putting on or taking off your earrings (Note that they are only just slightly larger than other earring backs so they still may be challenging to hold onto if you have problems with dexterity in fingers due to arthritis, etc.) The package contains a large number of earring backs, so if you lose one you have a good supply for replacement. I would buy these again.

These earring backings were exactly what I wanted, as described on Amazon, so I was very happy to see that they were just what I'd hoped they'd be. They're very easy to hold onto because of the shape and the material of which they are made. I don't know the reason for it, but a lot of pricey earrings with French wires are coming without backings on them these days, so I had to get some backings that would be good for all of them. Due to a neurological condition, I'm losing some sensation in my fingertips and need something better than the regular round and smooth backings. These do it for me and they will fit on many different sized French wire earrings. They took a while to get here, but they are worth the wait and they will last a good long time with 100 of them in the one package. They're great, just what I needed.

These are great earring backs. They are a cute shape. but most importantly, they fit snugly and don't budge.

Can't beat it for the price. A little longer to wait, but cam earlier than it said. Works well and definitely worth purchasing if you are like me and lose the backs all the time.

Better than I expected. As indicated it did take a few weeks for the package to arrive. The item was well packaged-very pleased. The pieces are a cute petal shape and fit snugly over the posts. Can't go wrong with this purchase

These are amazing! Fits snugly onto my earrings; now the earrings that I wear are safe and sound, and I don't need to worry about losing them!Only complaint is the shipping time, but for this price, it's well worth the wait! :)
