Someone wrote the book is useless without the course. Absolutely not true. The benefits of the 30 day course is that you have a recorded tutor explaining some issues and access to a group of people who are taking the course for some exchanges. Buy the book and the audio, or (if you've never done a 30 day challenge course--do that. But good as the slight pressure is to do the 30 day course in 30 days, you will learn a lot from any of Ollie Richards' books--particularly if you also buy the audio.
