i bought this for my son, who is 6 and uses it for his workout. The waist is too big, I wish they could be more adjustable for users with super small waist, but other than that I like the bag and variety included in this set. The band is sturdy and perfect for conditioning. the cones are very light and move with the slightest breeze. good for indoor use maybe.

Unfortunately, the velcro on the strap that is used to secure the bungee to something is not strong enough for even my 100 pound seventh grader. It came undone and the metal clasp came flying at her legs :(. The only way to use this is with a partner.

Great workout tool for junior older athletes. My boys are in 6 and 8th grade. Basketball and football players. Definitely gives them a competitive advantage!
