It smells and tastes like gravy.
It doesn't list a flavour on the package for this and now I know why. It might be great at what it does but we will never know because it smells and tastes awful. We had a poorly 15 month old and she never turns her nose up at anything but she would not go near this stuff and I can't blame her.
