Absolutely love this shilajit! I can feel it’s effects shortly after taking it, and has the perfect consistency to work with. Some shilajit I’ve had in the past are too thick or too runny to easily dose, but this shilajit has the perfect consistence. It gives me energy & improves my mood, I’m not sure if my improved mood is a direct benefit of shilajit but I can’t complain with the results. Keep in mind, it does have a powerful earthy/bitter taste that is not for everyone. I’v gotten used to it, but for beginners, I’d recommend mixing it into your morning coffee. The heat makes it easier to get the product off your spoon and the strong taste of coffee usually significantly mellows out the shilajit taste.
