Honestly, really really great buy.
Don’t know how there is so many bad reviews. Makes me wonder if they’re fake. I’ve had this for a week now. Super quiet, does not over heat, was indeed plug and play, and everything works fine. So far, I have played Overwatch 2, Warzone, and Valorant and it’s super smooth. Came with Windows 11, had to go in settings on the computer to activate it. I really can’t seem to understand how there is bad reviews. I will say, the mouse provided is just absolutely terrible. I bought my own mouse. Was debating between the most common Logitech g502 or Razer Basilisk Ultimate and got the Razer. I am mind blows from this pc, I really can talk about it all day. Just beautiful, great work. Took about a week and a half to deliver which was the only bad thing. But overall so far, 5 out of 5. Reviews on Amazon are so tricky, don’t listen to the haters.

Solid gaming PC for a good price
Well packaged and arrived without any damage. Setup was relatively easy. Had some struggles getting the RGB to the point where I could manage it. Plays all of the games so far I have tried. Seems to be a solid gaming PC for a good price. I am adding memory and a liquid cooler. So far so good.

Problems with PC after a year in a half of having it
Bought this computer for my nephew. Less than a year in a half of having it he needs to replace the graphics card. IBUYPOWER is suppose to be a good computer. Disappointing to find out that he needs to come up with 350.00 to fix his pc so soon. I will not be buying another computer off line again.

Amazing Gaming PC Easy setup!
I love my new Computer! It's pretty! It also runs the games I have been playing on top graphics options with no lag. I am mainly playing Sims 4 (All expansions).. City of Villains AKA City of Heroes... and Fortnite. I have no complaints and am so happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this item to my friends and family!

Decent build marred by no documentation, poor cpu fan and power supply
This is my 4th IBUYPOWER PC. I haven't had an issue yet and have been pleased with the build. I have confidence in the brand, unlike some of the other competitors - I am talking about you cyberpower.PROS:This is a decent gaming pc and is a significant performance upgrade from my I7 (lga1151) PC. The desktop case is actually quite roomy and can handle 2 ssds and 2 HDD without any issue (4 sata ports). There are 2 USB3 ports on the top of the case - very nice for external HDs. The 3 front case fans provide decent air flow although I would have preferred a better CPU fan that the Intel stock fan. My motherboard is an ASRock and has quite a few overclocking features.CONS:- Terrible documentation: no docs on the desktop case and components- Windows 11 product key misinformation - had to search online to figure out where it is. It is not in BIOS!- Crappy CPU fan. Do not try overclocking unless you replace it.- Terrible power supply - some off brand that some users have already had failIf you have the knowledge to replace the power supply and the CPU fan, this will be a decent gaming computer. You will be doing this in the dark as there is no documentation.

Amazing
I love that this PC is better than advertised. It's fast and can handle so many processed at once that it really is almost completely flawless. My only complaint is that I've been getting a little lag with my wireless keyboard and mouse but when my mouse is plugged in wired I have no issues. So it may just be my cheap keyboard/mouse combo. I will look into it more and keep this review updated but so far it's everything I wanted and more!

Possibility of being defective
For myself to build and buy premade PCs I have found it extremely painful to see that PCs such as this come defective. 5 different HDMI cables and 3 monitors tested on this item. Not a single one worked. Plugged in my old premade PC and my PS5 between all cables and monitors and everything worked fine. Who ever built this PC should be ashamed he damaged the graphics card that badly. At first I thought maybe it was cause I used the wrong cables. But after taking apart my whole gaming setup and laying down the cords and gaming systems I can confirm it's a graphics card issue that was most likely damaged
