the cones work well , but they only last about 20mins. you have to keep lighting new cones if you are out on the patio for an hour or two. that becomes a hassle. the cone is a little tough to light. it takes awhile to catch fire and continuously burn. the smell is like incense and seems to keep the bugs away for a little while. i probably wont by again. the sticks work much better. than the cones.

Even without burning they work great. Placed a few around my garage to keep mice away works great.

We use eveynight when sitting outside. Not a strong odor and keeps mosquitos from biting.

Again it works well but don't like the smoke.

i love these, i was a little shy at first about them, they smell so good,..only dislike i wish you didn't have to use like 3 or more in a flower pot, or where ever you like to put them, jus remember you'll have ashes that falls.. so put where you don't have to worry about the ashes..you do have to use about 6 or however big your surrounding is,.. they do work wonderful an they do burn slow...

Very frustrating when the cone does not stay lit and you have to keep lighting it multiple times.I gave up and I do not recommend the cones.

This summer I have used these each time I went out to work in garden or yard. I lit two or three, stuck them in the ground around the area I was working in making sure the wind blew the scent my way, and NO bugs bothered me at all! They usually lasted long enough for me to get my work done. Sometimes, I had to reposition them but it was worth the little time and effort to do so. Usually the tiny insects that bit me made me swell at the site and itch for a week so these little inexpensive sticks have made my life much easier. I take them with me now whenever I go to lake, river, etc. The only caution I have is, don't get sticks close to your face and breathe in when lit. They are suprisingly strong, which is a good thing.

If you have annoying flys, this scent can help keep them away.
