I'd like to give this 5 stars but it didn't come with any solid/firm plastic covered bottom inserts which means the bag will sag when I put it in rendering this product useless. I reserve the right to improve my rating if the seller makes it right and provides the inserts to me but without them, I feel like I've been ripped off. Only reason it's two stars instead of one is that I can still use them on a hard floor for my dog but definitely not how I intended to use them when I bought them and I'm quite disappointed that I only got half of a product. I shall try again somewhere else I suppose....updating my previous rating from 2 stars up to 4 stars for them sending out the plastic inserts to keep the mats sturdy. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the mistake because ultimately it is exactly what I needed and expected and if I need any more (which knowing my dog, I will) I would definitely order from here again, assuming I won't need two shipments.

I think these are great pads. My cat seems to think they are pretty comfortable as well.

I ordered this because of it's dimensions. It fits my cat's carrier. Otherwise, it's thin and cheap. I suppose I can't complain for the price.

These were just okay. The size and thickness was much smaller than expected.
