A great concept, but….
So these are fashionable and discrete. They do absorb a #1. They don’t wick moisture as good as a disposable one (think cloth diaper) so prepare for diaper rash and/or yeast infection. They take a long time to dry and you have to be careful that they are fully dry before reusing. They are fairly expensive and you would need a lot of them. If you’re using zink diaper rash cream it makes a huge white mess in it which you then need to wash out. This is not a small problem. That stuff is designed to be waterproof. A #2 in these is unmanageable.

Comfortable
Comfortable but don't hold as much as I thought they would.

The comfort of these has improved
I have some mild BPH and minor dribbling at times so I don't really need much absorbency. For me the comfort is the major criteria. I have some old JVM underwear that is no longer made and needs to be replaced. It was my gold standard for comfort. I am 170lb and 5'11" tall and wear 36 x 32 pants. I am wearing XL size in the JVM because that seemed to be the only size that I could find at the time. So I tried these Aircute underwear in XL size expecting them to be somewhat baggy. Not so. They are wearable and comfortable most of the time, but seem too tight when doing some types of mat exercises. So I ended up ordering XXL. They are not at all baggy and fit snug but not overly so. I don't get how they are sizing these things as I generally wear medium or large in something like sweat pants. Anyway, these are the best for comfort that I can currently find but still not quite as good as the old JVMs.Update Nov2022: I recently bought more of these and they now have improved the fit so they are not as tight as before. I think that the waist band may be more stretchy. The newer style has a "printed on" label vs the previous tag label on the inside. The label itself has nothing to do with the comfort but I noticed an improvement in the fit when the style of label changed. Hope they don't make any further changes because these now fit me perfectly.
