Great Product and Great Customer Support
First and foremost, the Waveform Team reached out to me, asking if I need any assistance and kept in touch with me throughout the process.I did not need any assistance; just followed the instruction for assembly and installation. However the Waveform Team was there if I had needed any assistance. My application was for a Nighthawk M1100. I am located in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee and we have no ISP other than cellular service or Satellite. My first route was Satellite Internet and the data rates in the best of circumstances was well below tethering to my 4g LTE cellular service. After canceling the satellite ISP I decided to give the NightHawk a try and what a difference. I was getting 70 mbps on the download and 15 mbps on the upload. I ran the Nighthawk for over 30 days to make sure the date rates were stable. For the most part they were but weather could impact some. So I decide to push the Nighthawk for more/faster data rates. I purchased this MIMO antenna and the results were great. After finding the best location with a line of sight of the cell tower, I completed the installation. I configured the Nighthawk in the ISP modem mode and connected it to my network (router). I now have three routers and two access points running on my network. The MIMO antenna increases my downloads to 187 mbps and uploads to 90 mbps. Now that’s not fiber (not available) speeds but it works for us and we also run two AppleTv with no buffering. The MIMO antenna made my network very stable with no weather impacts and enable me to install the above mentioned network. I could not have done this without the Nighthawk and MIMO antenna. I would recommend this MIMO antenna for anyone who would like to improve their cellular signal strength. Oh I forgot to mention, my cellular signal was around three bars before the MIMO antenna now it’s a 4-5 bars but it’s really about the data rates and not the signal strength bars.

Greatly improved internet signal and speed
Didn’t think this antenna was going to do much for me, thankfully I was wrong. It is only temporarily installed at present, but can’t believe how good it is working. I found the best signal totally by accident. I mounted the antennas on a pole so I walk around and hold it as high in the air as possible. I had just leaned it in that spot while I connected the cables to the modem. I figured why not run a speed test just to see if it was getting ant signal at all. Turned out that spot, just above and over a metal roof I built over my A/C units, pointing at a slight downward angle toward the metal roof was where I got the best signal. I never would have thought that. The higher I positioned it the worse the signal got. It has only been up for two days, but it is working great. I had ATT crappy DSL WITH <1 Mbps, went to a home cellular internet provider that got me to between 4 and 17 Mbps, and now with the MIMO log periodic antenna I am between 23 and 35 Mbps, depending on cellular traffic. I am pretty happy. 😊 I quit online gaming years ago due to terrible internet, but gaming is possible now and better than it has ever been for me.

Great, boosts my signal
It works! I have parts left over, does that mean I did it right? What are the for? Instructions not the clearest, I think my signal could be better if I had instructions that were more helpful especially for out of the loop old untechy folks. HELP!

Nice kit
Well packaged, loved that it had any connector you might need, heavy duty J mount. The AT&T tower is about 2 miles from my house and I can see it from my yard, though where I mounted the antenna to my house there were some trees in the way. Still, I had consistently solid 5 bars. In the evenings during peak hours without the antenna I was getting 1 to 2 Mbps. Sometimes I could stream movies until 7 pm or so, but usually not. I tried the antenna hoping to boost my download speed, followed all instructions for setting it up and aiming. I saw good improvement in upload speeds...~5 Mbps to 15 Mbps during the day. From 1 Mbps to 3 to 5 Mbps in peak traffic. However I only saw a very slight improvement if any in download speeds. The antenna worked, my tower is just saturated in the evenings.

Does what it says and then some
I have now put Waveform's antennas on 3 different locations, each one having no to little desired signal. On 2 of the locations the antennas are used with T-Mobile home internet to bring in 2 separate cell towers across a bay of water onto the island that these customers live on and provide them amazing internet. They have the FASTEST internet on the island, and it has been so reliable! The other location the antenna are used just for voice calls, but it has taken a building that has never had cell coverage and now you can take/make phone calls inside of it.Hint: Take your time in pointing and aligning the antennas and it will pay off in dividends for you!

Didn’t work for me …

This antenna really works!
I live 3.75 miles from the nearest cell tower with pine trees covering the entire distance. I installed this antenna on the side of my home facing the tower and spent a good bit of time aiming the antenna to get the best quality signal. Prior to the antenna, I had no signal indoors and one bar of 4G outside (-115 dBm). I've had this antenna for over 1 month and I consistently get -110 dBm RSRP, -10dBm RSRQ, 10 dBm RS-SINR. While these stats don't seem to be great, they are stable and my speed tests are 50-60 mbs down and 4-6 mbs up. My streaming video tests show I can stream 4k feeds. I had to contact Waveform for technical assistance in deciding between this product and a panel antenna. I was pleased to find that I spoke with an actual person who took the time to answer my questions. This is a small company with great customer support!
