Enjoyed reading it, but was searching for more
The book was an enjoyable read, but it went skin deep on several issues, referring you to the appendix for more information on some topics, but then the appendix shared vague info as well. I've tried several google searches and can't seem to locate the website theconsciouspregnancy.com that the author refers you to for more information, so I guess I'll have to search elsewhere to find what I'd like to know.

An Inspiring Invitation
There is a plethora of information regarding alternative healing and pregnancy in circulation. As a life and health coach contemplating my own conscious pregnancy, I appreciate this concise overview founded in personal experience, ancient wisdom, and practical modernity. I applaud Shivani for drawing from lessons learned in the various aspects of her life and being bold enough to share them with others. I applaud Shivani for allowing this to be a meeting place for east and west. I would recommend this light yet informative read to life coaches, health coaches, doulas, midwives, medical practitioners, and men and women preparing for a child. This is a great resource for all family members supporting the process (thank you for highlighting the importance of that) to all become intentionally aligned. Wishing you every success and continued reach #wellnesswarriorsunite

all what was written are already known and can be achieved easily through any google search
It did not add any information that would be beneficial to my pregnancy. all what was written are already known and can be achieved easily through any google search. Also her style of writing is very annoying and i really got bored reading it and was skipping paragraphs trying to find a new information or anything of interest. I am really regret buying this book

Not worth the money
This book has no substance. It feels like it has been thrown together over a weekend and mostly tells you to detoxify your environment and your body (as if this is news). Not worth buying. Nothing new for me anyway and I would say for the majority of people who have even just an inkling about healthy living.

Informative
Informative and puts your mind on the right path for your pregnancy journey, however didn't find there was enough practical tools, rather just some ideas to take away
