finishing is very poor
comfort and sturdiness are good.finishing of the product is very low grade.color of the chair has different shades on seat, arm-rest and legs.two places the plastic is uneven.iam 80 years old man did not want to undergo the rigmarole of returning for replacement.have covered the chair with a large cushion.this is quite natural in some indian products where they DO NOT TAKE CARE OF INSPECTING THE FINISHED PRODUCT ( QUALITY CONTROL ).

For replacement of defective chair.
Material quality is not good.hence I want replacement of 1 comfort chair in place of defective .screen shot already sent. Inspite of repeated reminders, no action has been taken to replace the defective chair. Hence I want a call back from your customercare
