Beautiful mug
This mug looked exactly like the picture. Sooo pretty and sturdy. The sweater print is slightly raised so it has a texture. This is my favorite mug!!

Huge mug
Arrived in perfect condition. Holds twice the volume in liquid my other mugs hold.Comforting to warm cold winter hands on, details are smooth and 3D. Nicely made. Looks hand-panted with the red. The holly looks printed around the top near the rim.

My sister loves it.
Was bought as a gift for my sister for Christmas but I let her have it early, at Thanksgiving because she has Winterberry Christmas dishes put out then. She loves it. Why do I have the feeling it might not get put away.

Chipped cup
Very large and pretty, matched my other winterberry cups well. However, one cup had two chips on the rim when it arrived. I did not request a replacement.

Nice size cup, poor delivery service
This cup is a nice big size. Ordered this Christmas cup over Christmas holidays it took nearly 6 weeks to deliver. This is poor as Amazon items are usually delivered within DAYS! VERY poor service :-(

Pretty but underwhelmed for the price..
I was hoping this mug would be the same size as other Pfaltzgraf I'd ordered and I thought I had the right dimensions but it was slightly smaller. Beautiful mug and the fault is mine for spending this much on a mug in the first place.
