Since I had to return these because the sizes ran way too small for me, my answer is from memory. I would guess the inseam of the XXL size is about a 34". XXXL might be a little longer.

Size chart is accurate. I am 6’0” and 225. An XL fit me well.

I do not know the length of the inseam but I can tell you mine had several spots that were not sewn. Had to have my mother see them. Decent pants. Decent price. Mediocre quality.
