I am a coach. While doing circuit training, these helped change up our routine. The athletes were challenged, and engaged. Nice idea!

These cards are great for a workout, but not for beginners. Maybe if there was a QR code to show the proper way to do some of these workouts. Also, you really have to build your stamina up to get to some of these set numbers. However, it's a great way to build up and mix up a workout. You never quite know what you're going to pull next.

I like working out and I like card games, so I was really interested in how this would work for me. The decks are made out of a plastic which makes them more sweat proof. I still clean them off any time any of them get dirty and have had no issues at all. The cards are easy to read and easy to use. I like that it takes the focus out of planning everything and gives you more time to actually do the exercises. Fun for an ad hoc workout.

Cards look like a great time. I bought the first pack and the beast pack. Kinda bummed how broken this pack came in seeing as nothing else in the box was messed up or broke. But the game looks awesome to involve my kid since she always wants to workout with me.
