Nothing to say this so so good I was thinking is this watch is good and search for reviews most of that is bad but for me good sound quality and we can put customize the wallpaper .This will the best watch which I had buy thanku this watch

I'm writing this review to appreciate Amazon service. I purchased this watch a wee ago and I received an open box watch which had some scratches on it. I asked for a replacement and it was provided within next 2 days. Full 5 stars for this. However, I noticed that the watch makers tall claims on website do not match with actual performance of product as battery wasn't lasting more than a day or half. I finally decided to purchase another watch and requested for refund. The watch was quickly picked up and money credited to account at earliest hour. Product is worth 3 stars but Amazon service deserves full 5 stars.

All features are good. Good product with calling and call receiving features, music, phone sync and training. But it needs improvement in water resistivity. Facing issue with water resistivity due to rain or water. With this improvement makes this product best in the market .

After going through reviews, I purchased this item, however it disappointed me :( I have used this for two days, and I found it useless -- Worst Battery:     - After unboxing, it was completely drained. I charged it fully and within half day (approx. 4 hours) it got discharged (8%).     - Next time I charged it 100% at 12:30 in the night. I turned off many features like bluetooth, vibration, continues Hart rate monitoring, etc. and lowered down brightness.      - Kept it idle for the whole night (starting from 12:30am) after charging 100%, and when I woke up in the morning around 9:30 am the battery was at 12% Steps count:     - It still counts the steps when you are driving a car, while working on laptop, etc. it basically doesn't care if you are walking or not.     - When you actually do walking it counts random numbers, i.e. if you walk for 10 steps it will show 45 steps or sometimes 70 steps. Features:     - Drinking water reminder worked only once and never reminded again.     - Many features like Hart rate, walking, BP, etc doesn't work when battery is less than 10% Finally, I requested for replacement but since the product was unavailable Amazon issued a Return & Refund instead. Thanks Amazon for understanding the concern, appreciated!!!

After purchase It suddenly stopped working after 3months. I tried switched it on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still it didn't work so i used the reset feature in the watch and when i reset it, it didnt open or start working and after putting it on charge still not working..Absolutely terrible battery with bluetooth connected which is less than a day..Sensor are very slow and sometimes not working at all..Mobile app is completely useless...Very limited watch faces available...Bp monitor, SpO2 and heart rate indicators readings are inaccurate...Calling function is very difficult to use while other Bluetooth device connected to mobile..already made complaints through websites.
