5 Star Purchase
Hands down this is the best mixer grinder for my kitchen. I always use to wonder why Indian mixer grinders(I tried Preethi and from India and from amazon too) always had cheaper material and parts unlike US products like NutriBullet. This mixer grinder comes with awesome jars that have in-built fixed metal blades, high quality plastic lids with good leak proof material and icing on the top doesn't make loud sound when in use. I got rid of all my other blenders and mixers(yes I had 3.....nutribullet, ninja and preethi). Now I use the big jar for smoothies with frozen fruit, ginger garlic paste, oatmeal powder and small jars to make all chutney, garam masala powder which all come out as desired

Waste of money.Don't buy this product
Rating wise 0 star is the best for this product .It stopped working 3 months .After seller and Amazon customer care dint help that much.I paid again 68$ for shipping repair and sending and getting back to my home to the seller.

Best for making Idly batter
Back in India used Preethi Zodiac ,but in US it comes with 550w only.I looked for mixer with 750w and found Ultra the best choice.Using it for more than 2 months now and found this mixer grindes batter or paste quickly. Getting my work done easily with the design

Stopped working --no customer care also
was looking something more powerful than regular 550 w happy with it for 12 days and then it broke does not even turn on. light comes up but nothing ..tried overload reset button. Always burning smell. I think we will not get good 750W motor.Also tried to reach customer care number 8001022040 and other number listed on amz nothing working.

Disappointed with the purchase
Disappointed. Trips every 2 minutes of grinding.

One of best mixer we bought
Able grind spices together with grated coconut. It is was very hard to get above combination smooth with all other US and Indian mixers we ever used . This one is standing up for our demands.

The Topp unit stopped working after 15 min of use
Sparks and smoke. Need a replacement unit asap.I had another unit that I donated to a group that needed one. It worked great after a full year of use

Can’t imagine a day without it!!
I call it a blessing of my kitchen.Have been using it over a month now. Anything and everything I do using this mixer…I have used the same brand for 6+ years and looking forward for same longevity with the new one. I hope i will not be disappointed!!
