I intended to return this product when the filters arrived smushed in a bag and looked flimsy. After the bag had been opened for awhile their shape improved, and I decided to try them. Great product, great price. Packaging not so good, but the product is fine.

They arrive in a vacuum-sealed bag and horribly misshaped, I agree with all of the other reviews here. However, if you just take some time to put them in some water and allow them to expand, in about 10 minutes they’ll be perfect again! No other issues! These will fit perfectly with my fountain, and at a great price! Quality looks and feels like it should. Would buy again!

I used to only change this part of my cat's water fountain every 3 months because it was so difficult to find refill packs. This is a lifesaver and now I can change out this part every month, which is what my cat and I prefer. Super simple, worth the value, love it!

Recommend soak and rinse these several with the round discs for 24+hrs to remove the residue that gets left behind.

I'm usually not one to order stuff that doesn't have reviews at all lol but I took a chance with these and was pleasantly surprised. I have 2 fountains, 2.5L size, and these are a great fit for the fountain pumps. They came in a bag that easily re-zips, a lot like the bags that some clothing is shipped in. I will be ordering them again later on.

These were advertised as the same filter that would go in the cat foutain i got, but they are way too small and were disfigured because they were vacummed sealed. Terrible packaging- they came in a plastic bag instead of a box which added to how disfigured they are.

At first I thought the cat water filters were useless because they were smashed up but after putting one in water it went back into the proper shape.

Products will arrived deformed. You must soak in water before using to reform. I was shocked when I opened the bag.
