Today is only day two of this toilet being installed.Messaged the seller multiple times then they asked for my phone number so someone can Whatts app me. NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK AFTER I PROVIDED MY NUMBER.DO NOT BUY. FIND A BETTER TOILET. THE HEADACHE WITH THE TOILET AND THE SELLER IS NOT WORTH IT.STAY AWAY!!!

I love ❤️ my toilet. It keeps me clean and us very comfortable. It looks fabulous with our new bathroom remodel. It keeps everyone happy 😊The only thing I would change is that the lid always opens when entering the toilet area.

This toilet was easy to install. The remote control is very intuitive and easy to figure out. I am not sure if there were instructions or not as I did not use any of them for install or understanding the remotes functions. Everything works as it should and I have never felt fresher after bathroom duties. The toilet does not bolt or screw down like a conventional toilet. It is held in place by a small bead of silicone caulk around the base,. It sits very flat and has a wider profile and does not move . The heated seat is wonderful and there is a night light built in. I love this toilet and have nothing but compliments to say about it.

We bought three of these and all three have broken. Don't buy! One did not work properly from the start, water wouldn't fill enough. Unfortunately we didn't hook up until after the return window due to building delays. The other two worked for about a year and now both of them close the lid while you're sitting on it, randomly flush with no one in the bathroom, and don't auto flush like they are supposed to. Very disappointed, because not only do I have to purchase new toilets but also have to pay a plumber to install new ones. also note: these toilets flush VERY loud so if you have a master bathroom, its very likely you will wake your partner up in the night when you use the bathroom.

Yo conprè dos de estos son lo maximum ya tengo mas de dos an̈os con ellos y ningun problema ,solo que hay que estar linpiando cada 6 meses el filtro es normal creo depende como Sean las aguas en tu ciudad, lo recomiendo al 100%

Learning curve, instructions are not useful because instructions are not for the toilet in the box.You need to install a dedicated outlet.INSTRUCTIONS DON'T TELL YOU THE RIGHT PSI OR GPM YOU NEED TO ADJUST THE PRESSURE TO. IF YOU DONT ADJUST THE PESSURE AND USE THE BIDET JETS, THE RUBBER PIPE INSIDE THE UNIT WILL DETACH OR EXPLODE, INSTRUCTIONS DONT TELL THIS FACT.IT WORKED FINE FOR 10 MINUTES.I GIVED YOU 2 STARS BECAUSE I FIXED IT REPLACING THE BIDET RUBBER HOSE WITH A HIGH PRESSURE SPARE I HAD TO REPAIR MY OLD CAR. FYI IT NEED A ¼ DIAMETER HOSE WITH INSIDE DIAMETER BEING DIFFEREN IN INTECK SIDE THAN OUTPUT SIDE.IS A GOOD PRODUCT IF IT WORKS...I EXPECT PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE DUE TO CHEAP MATERIAL...

Very well made . I love the light effect and the bidet shower . Everyone gives the compliments for it . A little complicated for kids they will get use to it . It’s been month so far working good . Will update if anything changes
