John Christian Men's Hooded Fleece Robe, Dark Gray Marl

I basically want to live in this robe. Now that summer is wearing down and the mornings are brisk once again I've been wearing this until I absolutely have to leave the house. The material is an incredibly soft synthetic "fur", the hood is gigantic but not awkward, the proportions seem well thought out, and it has pockets! This is also a good looking robe, I used to go out to water in the morning wearing my wife's robe covered in cartoon stars and moons - so this is a really big improvement. I do think it runs a little bit on the small side, so if you were like me and trying to pick between two sizes I'd recommend going with the bigger one. I'm glad I did. Overall the quality of this garment is exceptional and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a soft and warm robe.

My wife bought this robe for me, after my previous robe had gotten old and she said I needed a new one. She chose this robe because she was looking for a soft, comfortable garment that would wear well. I am pleased to say that she made a good choice. The robe is roomy, but not overly large. The sleeves come to my wrist but don't spill over and drag in things when making coffee or shaving. The length is mid calf, which is great for my 5'9" frame. The fabric is soft, and washes up well. This has been washed and dried numerous times. Some reviews complain of shedding but there has been virtually no shedding, the seams are tight and the garment looks like new, months later. I would highly recommend this robe if you like a nice absorbent comfortable garment for after shower, pool or lounging around the house.

I am so pleased with my new robe it fits perfectly its so soft and feels so great against my body everything about this robe is perfect the arms are just rt the length the hood is warm and stays good on the head over all length of robe is perfect i would not change a thing so glad i went with this robe i had about 3 i was considering they were much cheaper im sure i would not have been this excited to get one of them oh and there is no sheding or pulling thank you much love and respect

Purchase this robe for my husband, but it was too lightweight, as he is always freezing cold & wanted a thick robe w/ hood, so I didn't wait a second to snatch it from him 😆 Robe is soft, nice & very comfortable. Feel good, warm when wearing. Again, just wish it was heavier, but i think it would work good in warm, hot or cold weather w/ right temperature in house. Robe has side pockets, belt incl. Nice large hood if yr head get chilled after shower, etc. Nice purchase, however (depending on yr need) shop for other robes that may be less $$$ & possibly nicer & heavier. If you need lightweight robe, this is perfect.

My boyfriend didn’t know he wanted a robe until I gave him this one. He’s 6’3 240lbs and the XXL fits him just fine. It’s huge on me but I do steal it sometimes and wear it because it’s sooooo soft and comfortable. He loves having it handy to take the dogs out (I gave it to him as a Christmas gift so it’s nice for the cold) and he loves having it to get rid of the chill of winter when he’s home. It’s affordable and well made. So soft that he didn’t notice the giant tag hanging in it for like five days—couldn’t even feel it. I finally asked if he was going to remove the tag and that’s when he noticed it was still attached. If you’re looking for a gift for any man in your life, this is it.

Comfortable, soft, and keeps you warm, don't know how it will wash up, my just take it to dry cleaners so it holds it shape

Purchased size Medium robe for myself (female). I wear size 14, and I’m 5’3. Fits perfectly. Comes to mid calf, and I cuff sleeves once. Verrry soft, not bulky, warm. Love love the hood! Lays flat when not using. Very attractive robe. Hubby made me order one for him! He’s 6’, 170lbs and normally wears medium, which I ordered and fits perfectly. He also loves it. Washed and dried, no change in quality or length.

I bought this robe in August of 2020, so here's a 3.5 year review. I'm going to buy another one. Not because it wore out, but because I ripped it and I don't want to sew it LOL. I've worn this robe nearly every day for for 3.5 years. It's warm on cool mornings, and just a little heavy in the summer time, but, it's a heavier robe. Love the hood for chilly mornings on the back of my boat, and, it's long enough to keep your legs warm. I'm 6'-2" and it fits great. Sleeves end right at the wrist and don't hang down over your hands. Definitely worth the price. Think I'll try the blue one this time.
